Warranty Procedure

Western Pack Manufacturer's Warranty Program

All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for at least 5 years from the date of its original purchase. This does NOT cover normal wear, accident or negligence, improper care or damage from abuse of unauthorized repair. If defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option, where possible at a reasonable cost or free of charge. Your receipt for proof of date of purchase must be returned with the defective item in the warranty period.

ALL DEFECTIVE WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Send your defective bag to the address provided below. Include your contact information including name, return address and phone number. It is also helpful to provide a receipt with date of purchase to verify the bag was purchased within the 5 year timeframe. Proof of purchase can often be found on credit card statements. Please allow 3 weeks to process all warranty items. Return your bag to:
